The Firm represents homeowners, businesses, developers, corporations and a variety of health care, religious and educational institutions in connection with all types and aspects of land use applications and approvals, including zoning changes, subdivisions, site plans, special permits, variances, architectural review, SEQRA review, environmental impact statements and the negotiation of mitigation measures.
The Firm also regularly represents commercial and residential property owners and tenants in connection with the traditional and complex lease transactions, lease disputes and landlord/tenant litigation.
