    The Firm’s real estate attorneys provide comprehensive legal representation in all aspects of real estate, land use, SEQRA and zoning law.  We represent sellers and purchasers regarding the acquisition and sale of industrial, commercial, retail, multi-family, residential and office properties, including representation involving acquisition, construction and mortgage financing.  The Firm represents homeowners, businesses, developers, corporations and a variety of health care, religious and educational institutions in connection with all types and aspects of land use applications and approvals, including zoning changes, subdivisions, site plans, special permits, variances, architectural review, SEQRA review, environmental impact statements and the negotiation of mitigation measures.
The Firm also regularly represents commercial and residential property owners and tenants in connection with the traditional and complex lease transactions, lease disputes and landlord/tenant litigation.  A growth area in which the Firm’s attorneys have developed significant expertise is the creation and development of privately sponsored, government financed housing projects in communities throughout Long Island.
